Last week...

I walked from 10:00 till 14:30 to the Nemaal and back without drinking anything - and the weather was hot and humid. I lost so many salts (I perspire profusely) that I almost started hallucinating.

Today I went swimming in the sea and he was just as wild - black flag... But it was fun. Good fun.
